How to Manage Non-Ladder Battles

So You Want To Battle?

Do you have someone to go against?

• Yes - Create a thread with the title "[Your name] vs. [Your opponent's name]"
  
• No - Create a thread with the title "[Your name] vs. ?". It would help to have a subtitle for the thread explaining you're looking for a challenger

What information you need in the thread:
You need to have at least the following stipulations stated:

1. Time Limit
   
2. Due Date
   
3. Method of video submissions
   
4. Voting time period
   
5. Optional stipulations can be (but not limited to):
   
6. Theme
   
7. Minimum/Maximum Time of Spinning Experience
   
8. Etc

What happens if I or the opponent doesn't/cannot submit?
This is entirely up to you and/or the opponent. You may do an extension, or you may cancel the battle. Please note that once the battle is canceled, the thread WILL be closed. Any challenge thread that is left inactive for more than a few months will be closed.

What do I do now that I know both of our videos are uploaded?
Create a new thread, and make it into a SINGLE CHOICE POLL. Any polls that are multiple choice WILL be deleted.
Embed the videos into the first post of that thread and let the votes come in. Once the voting time period has expired, please let a moderator know so he/she can close it. If the moderators are not notified about the closure, it will be closed after a few months of inactivity.
